The 5-axis universal machining center with horizontal spindle position has machining size of X=600mm, Y=855mm, Z=750mm. The rotary swivel rotary table with a diameter of 570mm, can be loaded with components up to a weight of 400Kg. An HSK-63 milling spindle with a max. speed of 16,000 rpm and a torque of 206 Nm, enables flexible and economical machining different materials and technologies. In addition, this machine was equipped with automation, which allows us to manage up to 35 different pallets and up to 250 tools. Hereby we achieve a very high productivity even with small batch sizes.
